David Conway is the self-proclaimed "apron" in the name Silk Apron Catering.  A former restaurant manager, he also is a Cajun in heart and soul.
Chef Ingrid Edisen hails from New Orleans and spent two decades perusing the city and general region for its food gifts.  She has traveled to Europe and around the U.S. ever in persuit of more cooking knowledge.  Here in Austin and Dallas she worked at several restaurants and then decided to open her own catering operation.
